Returns
Sealed oil and unused goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Opened food cannot come back unless it arrived wrong.
What to do
- Send your order number to support@kulanagoods.com.
- We reply with where to send it.
- Your refund goes back to the card you paid with once it arrives.
Arrived broken or wrong
Send a photo. We replace it or refund it, with the shipping.
